These terms apply when you use the enlay.io or rummage.enlay.io websites, or use Rummage or any other Enlay product through an AI assistant. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Enlay.
What Enlay does
Enlay helps AI assistants find products for sale from third-party retailers, and links to those products. Enlay is not a shop. We don't sell anything, take payments or handle delivery.
Buying from retailers
When you click a link, you leave Enlay and go to the retailer's site. Any purchase is between you and that retailer, under their terms. Questions about orders, delivery, returns or refunds should go to the retailer.
Prices and availability
Product information comes from the stores we search. We work to keep it current, but prices, stock, condition and delivery details can change or be wrong. Always check the details on the retailer's site before you buy.
Affiliate links
Many Enlay links are affiliate links. If you buy through one, the retailer may pay us a commission. This doesn't change the price you pay. Results are not ranked by commission, and any sponsored results will be clearly labelled.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- use Enlay for anything unlawful;
- try to disrupt, overload or break into the service;
- scrape or bulk-download results, or resell access to Enlay;
- generate fake clicks or purchases.
Our content
The Enlay name, logo, website and software belong to us. Product names, images and trademarks belong to their owners.
No warranty
Enlay is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we don't promise that it will always be available or error-free, or that results will be complete or accurate.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from your purchases with retailers, or from relying on product information shown through Enlay. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as Enlay develops, and will change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
